My journey in becoming healthier, happier, and fitting into smaller pants.
It’s the beginning of September. Summer is over and I’m falling quickly back into the routine that has long since been forgotten throughout June, July and August. Cool-weather clothes, tight pants, tucked in shirts, belts, and trading in the flip flops for heels.
Attempting to put back on my pants, I realize that I’ve really overindulged this summer. Cottages, parties, barbecues and concerts have all left inches on my hips, butt, stomach and thighs. I no longer fit into my clothes.
Well, this is embarrassing. A closet full of clothes, but what the heck am I going to wear?!
I’m writing this blog to document my upcoming trials and tribulations, successes and failures and hopefully, a transformation of lifestyle. Wish me luck on my journey!
